Project description:
Qingyin high-speed Jinan Bridge across the Yellow River, also known as the Yellow River Three bridge, adopts the construction technology of bank prefabricated splicing multi-point synchronous jacking. The whole deck weighs more than 8000 tons, and the jacking distance is 480m. According to the specific requirements of customers, the whole multi-point jacking method is adopted, and the jacking platform, a cable tower and six temporary piers along the river side bridge are set up the jacking system. The 8 jacking systems are controlled by an electrical control system. Under the control of the computer, the thrust of the 8 jacking systems is balanced and synchronized.
The top filing equipment system has a high degree of automation in the working process, accurate thrust control, to ensure that the temporary pier basically has no horizontal force, and can use more flexible temporary support pier, greatly reducing the construction cost.
Application technology features:
1. Track-type slippage boots, including stationary type and track-laying self-sliding type, use horizontal oil rainbow to push slippage boots to move on the slide rail.
2. The sliding surface is coated with PTFE coating, which can ensure that the friction coefficient is less than 5%. 3. During the jacking process, the longitudinal hydraulic jacking red dynamically compensates the load or the longitudinal height difference caused by the foundation settlement, so as to keep the horizontal operation of the component and the constant negative cutting of each point.
4. When multi-point synchronization, energy-saving frequency conversion control is added to the independent power unit, and the composite synchronization control technology is more accurate and the action is more reliable.
