Project description:
Jiangsu Zhongtai Steel Structure Co., Ltd. undertakes the processing of steel tower and box girder of YAMUNA Bridge in Delhi, India. The single section pot structure weighs more than 900 tons. This project adopts the advanced type of fully bolted structure of large steel tower and steel beam widely used in the current road and bridge industry. This structure requires the use of full-section mechanical machining between the main longitudinal beam of the pot beam and the segment of the steel tower to ensure the stitching accuracy before bolted connection, so the processing accuracy of the pot structure is very high. It is difficult for traditional machining technology to guarantee the required machining accuracy under the condition of such large size machining.
Application technology features:
We provide three dimensional accurate adjustment system to help customers solve the problem of high precision machining of large components. The system includes 6 sets of 200T hydraulic 3D adjustment system, which is automatically operated by PLC control system
Line corresponding points, single point lifting, horizontal space adjustment, at the same time can effectively prevent the cutting force from the shape of the rolover force, vibration force, to ensure the stability of the workpiece in the whole process of processing, control accuracy of 0.5mm.
