Project description:

Hengnijing Bridge is a large bridge of Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway. In order to improve the navigability of the river it crosses, the whole bridge was raised to a predetermined height.

For the overall lifting of the old bridge, we will face more complex construction conditions and more urgent safety requirements. In the application of hydraulic synchronous jacking to realize the whole lifting project of old bridge, we will face the control risk of sudden failure of hydraulic system in jacking process.

It is based on this urgent need for risk control that the system is developed to synchronize with the synchronous jack during the jacking process and support the member in case of jacking cylinder or hydraulic system failure. After contact support with the member following the suit, the jack achieves pure mechanical support, thus completely resolving this risk.

Project description:

In the construction of high-speed railway, the attitude of each 900-ton beam needs to be adjusted after it is installed on the pier. According to the working condition, the high pressure large tonnage cylinder is used to form a synchronous jacking hydraulic falling beam system. The design of two pumps and four tops (one pump provides power for the two tops) plus throttle speed regulating valve system, all interfaces adopt the form of quick joint, hose connection, in order to achieve the flexibility of field operation, through different links to achieve series or parallel in order to meet the requirements of falling beam operation four points of force and three points of balance.
