Shanghai Tower, with a total height of 635 meters and 127 floors, is located in Lujiazui Financial Center, Pudong, Shanghai, China. The pouring of the core slab starts from the fifth floor of the standard floor with steel platform construction, and the construction platform needs to rise from the fifth floor to 127 floors. The overall height of the platform is 23.35 meters, with a total of 5 layers.

Application technology features:

The core weight is 1350T. The hydraulic synchronization system needs to solve the synchronous lifting of the entire steel platform, as well as synchronous stretching of the ox legs. The jacking system is divided into 8 working areas (nine-grid layout). During jacking operation, the jacking speed is not less than 150mm/ min, and the jacking synchronization accuracy is not less than +2.5mm.

The hydraulic synchronous jacking technology provides a solution for this project. The jacking system integrates a multifunctional pottery, displacement and pressure data collection and control system to achieve greater safety, efficiency, control level and accuracy. The system consists of a central control system with 36 3.2-meter stroke jacking cylinders and 64 double-layer telescopic cylinders distributed in eight zones controlled by eight power units.

In view of the ultra-high safety performance requirements brought by the construction conditions of the project, the system integrates the hydraulic control valve group and the explosion-proof valve group, the possible failure risk of the cylinder and the system is greatly reduced, and the real-time monitoring of PLC is carried out to effectively troubleshoot and correct the system.
