The 12000T offshore oil platform needs to be weighed and its weight center position accurately calculated. The PLC controlled multi-point synchronous weighing system successfully replaces the traditional method of tilting test in water, and can accurately calculate and verify whether the actual data meet the design requirements. The whole work avoids the offshore operation, and the platform can be loaded and transported on the slideway. The method can accurately measure the coordinates of heavy center and meet the strict requirement of heavy center in Marine lifting operation. The whole system adopts PLC control, hydraulic jack synchronously jacking to find the reference, weighing sensor to accurately measure the lifting force combination. Synchronization accuracy up to 1mm, weight accuracy up to 0.5%-1%, meet the ISO requirements.
