34 3MW offshore wind generating units of Shanghai Donghai Bridge 100,000 dry watts offshore wind farm were lifted by large crane ships to the offshore fan foundation platform.

Application technology features:

The technology, developed in collaboration with a number of universities, uses cushioned soft landing and automatic positioning technology for integrated installation of wind turbines. Applicable to pile-free floating crane construction, the whole process is the fan assembly fixed on the hoisting equipment, the whole machine is hoisted on the offshore fan foundation platform

Using this construction method needs to solve the problems of shaking and impact caused by sea surge on installed fan, as well as synchronous falling of large rigid components and accurate alignment.
